The first trailer for Spiderman Homecoming has arrived!

My favourite moments from Captain America : Civil War, featured the new Spiderman played by Tom Holland (The Impossible, In the Heart of the Sea). The appearances were Holland’s first as Spidey, but with a known full film coming in 2017  – Spiderman : Homecoming.

His appearance was born out of the agreement that Sony and Marvel made in 2015 that allows the Sony owned character to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with reciprocal agreement allowing members of the MCU join Sony distributed standalone films.

Beyond Holland the film will star Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Michael Keaton as Vulture, Tony Revolori as Flash, and of course Robert Downey Jnr as Tony Stark himself.

Today the first full trailer for that is out and here it is…

If the job of a trailer is to get people excited, then they’ve done a great job – it looks fantastic! Good to see Stark heavily involved in the action.

Spiderman:Homecoming is out in July 2017.
